What a Project Manager should NOT do in 3 Letters
Project Managers DO NOT: design and build houses, design and build software, patch software, test software, design and build IT infrastructure, build roads bridges hospitals and affordable homes, upgrade buildings for energy efficiency, improve business processes, ensure business financial legal and regulatory compliance, design and build websites, build water and electricity supply systems, design and write training progammes, construct windfarms, expand electricity infrastructure for vehicles, move data across IT infrastructure, design and test vehicles that land on Mars, build space stations and design validate and optimise drugs that help us combat viruses
Project Managers ensure it all comes together as a coherent whole (planned), and is delivered on time and cost and to specification by managing and leading those who have the know how.
