About Brian Cleere

I am a Chartered Engineer and have spent more than 30 years working across engineering, project management, consulting and training. Throughout that time, I have developed a strong belief that successful projects depend on clear governance, effective control and disciplined decision-making. Projects need more than good plans. Organisations need confidence that responsibilities are clear, risks are visible, information is reliable and decisions are being made at the right level and at the right time. My work focuses on helping organisations strengthen these foundations and build practical project management capability.
